You may use Queryveri only for lawful purposes and only for websites or content you are authorized to analyze. You are responsible for the URLs, content, instructions, and account activity you submit.

You must not use the service to interfere with third-party systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, scrape private content, or violate applicable law or another party's rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's projects, audits, or generated fixes.

Queryveri provides software-generated analysis and recommendations. SEO Health is a product metric based on checks supported by Queryveri and is not a Google ranking score, guarantee of indexing, traffic, revenue, or search position.

AI-assisted drafts can be incomplete or unsuitable for a specific website. Review changes before publishing. You remain responsible for the content and changes you choose to apply.

Plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and in your account. Metered actions stop when the applicable launch-plan limit is reached; Queryveri does not silently charge launch-plan overages.

When paid billing is available, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. The checkout page will identify the seller and payment processor before you authorize payment.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically erase your account or historical audit data. Access to paid features normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the service states otherwise.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality. We may also change plan features or pricing prospectively. Material paid-plan changes will be presented before a new charge applies where required.

Queryveri and its software, interface, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to operate the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific SEO outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages are excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

The current support contact and seller identity will be displayed on the website and checkout before paid billing is opened. We may update these terms as the product, payment setup, or legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates the current version.
