Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless required otherwise by law, your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are charged for access to the paid plan during the billing period. We do not currently plan to charge usage overages automatically; if you reach a plan limit, the applicable metered action stops until the allowance resets or the plan changes.

Except where required by applicable law, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid billing period has started. This includes unused allowance remaining after cancellation.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access paid features because of a confirmed service-side billing problem, contact support promptly. We will review billing-error requests individually and issue corrections or refunds where appropriate.

When billing is enabled, payments and eligible refunds may be processed by our merchant-of-record or payment provider. Their checkout may show additional tax, currency, or payment-method information before you authorize the transaction.

Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer rights that apply mandatorily in your jurisdiction.

The operational support email and seller identity will be published on the website and checkout before paid billing opens. Include the email used for your Queryveri account and enough transaction detail for us to locate the payment; never send full card details.
